Warranty Policy

Contour Design stands behind the quality of our products and offers a two-year (2) warranty on all products, starting from the original purchase date. Refurbished Products purchased from Contour Design come with a six (6) month warranty.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material flaws. Your rights under Danish law, including the two-year (2) statutory warranty period, apply concurrently with the warranty.

1. Conditions

1.1 The product covered by the warranty period must be purchased from an authorized dealer or directly from Contour Design.

1.2 This warranty is applicable only to the original buyer and is not transferable to another person.
a. This point is not applicable to Refurbished Products, and their warranty is reduced to six (6) months.

1.3 Proof of purchase for the product must be presented upon request.

1.4 The warranty is void if the product is intentionally damaged or otherwise modified, including disassembly.

1.5 Contour Design reserves the right to reject warranty claims if it is determined that the fault arose from misuse or other non-production-related reason.

2. Coverage and Scope

2.1 If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, Contour Design will either repair or replace the product at no charge. The customer is required to return the product to Contour Design for inspection.

2.2 A six (6) month warranty applies to batteries.

3. Limitations

3.1 The warranty covers only manufacturing and material defects, not damage resulting from improper use, abuse, modifications, or normal wear and tear.

3.2 Refurbished Products purchased from Contour Design come with a six (6) month warranty. If you need to avail of your warranty, please contact Contour Design's customer service, where you will be assisted in getting your product repaired or replaced.
